By entering TruCore’s MedStar Updates in Urology Conference Giveaway, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Organizer
This giveaway is organized by TruCore Pathology.
- Who Can Enter
This giveaway is open to attendees of the MedStar Updates in Urology Conference who are 18 or older.
- Giveaway Period
The giveaway starts on 7:30AM on September 20th, 2025, and ends on 1:00PM on September 20th, 2025. Entries received outside of this time will not be accepted.
- How to Enter
To enter, fill out the giveaway form and submit it before the drawing date. One entry per person is allowed. Incomplete or multiple entries will be disqualified.
- Prize
There will be two winners: each will receive (1) PathNet branded Owala 32 oz bottle. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
- Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen randomly from all valid entries at the conference on September 20th, 2025 at 1:00PM. When entering, the winner must be present at the conference to win. The winner will be messaged via text and will have 24 hours to claim their prize. If the winner is not present, another winner will be selected.
- Publicity
Winner may be publicized on social media. By entering, you agree that TruCore Pathology can feature you in promotional materials if winners are publicized.
- Privacy
By entering the giveaway, you give TruCore Pathology permission to contact you by email for more information about TruCore Pathology and this can be opted out of at any time. We will only use your personal information for administering this giveaway. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
- General Conditions
TruCore reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway, if necessary, due to any issues outside of our control.
- Limitation of Liability
TruCore is not responsible for any technical issues or entries that are lost, delayed, or incomplete.
- Governing Law
This giveaway is subject to the laws of Washington D.C.
